It's been a pretty interesting couple of days. I've gotten some of the presents EVER! And I'm not talking about your average christmas materialistic crap either. I got something better than that.

On December 23rd, I worked all day at the good old music store. It was pretty hectic, the last minute shoppers were a bustling. I was harassed by a dirty, slightly "above" street person status "thug". He was GROSS. a little smelly, and standing WAY too close to me. After bothering me for 20minutes, culminating with some rude tongue gestures on his part, he finally left. That was the kind of day I had. I was exhausted by the time I got home, and I struggled to stay awake.

But I did stay awake. I HAD to stay awake. I had a very important date.On December 23rd, the Hemet (AUS) performed my RPD (ritual of parent divination). I was to find out who my spiritual and divine parent was.It was probably the most exhilirating moment in my life. I was beyond nervous at first. I was almost afraid to hear what I was going to be told... but I did it.

Hemet (AUS) performed the divination, and she talked me through everything before it happened.The first part was to get contact with my Akhu, my blood ancestors. These are all of the people who are my familial predecessors. They work together as my Akhu. They are like this safety net... I guess the equivalent of guardian angels, except there's a whole slew of them.

Everyone I was every blood kin with from the dawn of time. Hemet (AUS) told me that sometimes they send messages through the divination as a whole (The Akhu) or perhaps one relative will say something on their own. What they told me is private, but it blew me away. What they said was so accurate. I was reduced to tears, reduced to a five year old child. But one thing I did find out is that my Akhu are particularly strong. We are from a hearty line. Hemet (AUS) said that they are waiting for me to call on them when I need them, that they are waiting for me to ask for help. She said that they were eager to be involved in my life.

The second part involved my divine parents. Your parents exert huge influence on who you become. They are a part of your personality, almost. They are where your belief patterns come from, and your point of views. They are the ones who created your soul. Then you have your beloveds. They also shape who you are. Anyways, I had some guesses as to who it might be.
I figured I was daughter of Aset, beloved by Yinepu, but I didn't tell anyone. I didn't want to be wrong.
So Hemet (AUS) went to do the divination, waiting felt like a lifetime in itself. I tried to stop thinking about who it could be. I tried to keep my mind open to any possibility.
Hemet came back to me and said "You have one father and two beloveds"
Ok... so I was wrong.
"Would you like to take a guess at who it could be?"
NO! I was afraid to be wrong. What if I guessed, was wrong then was disappointed.
Then she told me:"You are Daughter of Wepwawet-Yinepu, Beloved of Aset-Serqet and Hethert-Sekhmet"

And I was floored! So I wasn't exactly wrong. I just kind of mixed the players up a bit. And my line up is extremely powerful. Their personalities explain alot. I've already learned alot about myself from it. I can't wait to learn more.

Next thing is the ceremony where I get my name from Wepwawet. I'm really excited.as long as it doesn't translate to "Oh Screwed up one"
